Shipping & Returns
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it by the next available working day during normal business hours. We know that you are excited and we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Innovate 1858 merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
Merchandise exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Before sending your exchange, please indicate what type of exchange you'd like to make on your original packing slip and enclose it in your package.
To exchange for the same item in a different size or color:
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for the reshipment of the item to you.

Innovate 1858 is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

Ordering & Payment
After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation number, as well as an email that includes your order confirmation number and an approximate order total.
Your total will be calculated in US dollars and will not be inclusive of duties and taxes from the US to your selected international destination. If applicable, those duties will be assessed upon delivery and must be paid by the order recipient.
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since we operate within a university department we are not required to collect local sales tax.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and US-issued Innovate 1858 E-gift cards.
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.
