Swan Pride Silk Scarf

Lightweight silk scarf inspired by the nostalgia of art nouveau. 'Swan Pride' communicates a sense of globalization, and the understanding that education is constantly changing and the regular becomes irregular. Sharp-witted, intricate, and otherworldly lines convey the atmosphere of ISU. The scarf design strives for illusion through illustration with a touch of inspiration from the stained glass windows in the Memorial Union.

This scarf was designed by Gloria Aguilar, an Apparel, Merchandising, and Design student at Iowa State University. Her design was a winner of the 2021 AESHM Scarf Competition.
