Shipping & Returns

  • Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. If you place your order on a weekend, holiday, or when classes are not in session we'll ship it by the next available working day during normal business hours. We know that you are excited and we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible!

    Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

  • We want you to love your purchase from Innovate 1858! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • Items must be undamaged.

    • Please include your receipt or order number for the fastest processing.

    Before issuing a refund, we encourage an exchange to help support our student-run store and its mission. All proceeds go directly back to Iowa State students and makers.

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your item is received and inspected. Please allow 2–5 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer.

    Innovate 1858  is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

  • After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation number, as well as an email that includes your order confirmation number and an approximate order total.​

    Your total will be calculated in US dollars and will not be inclusive of duties and taxes from the US to your selected international destination. If applicable, those duties will be assessed upon delivery and must be paid by the order recipient.​
